28/2-2019GAME now number 141 of the world’s best NGO’s

Geneva-based NGO Advisor has published their list of the world’s Top 500 NGO’s for 2019.

GAME is again this year on the list and even moved 38 places up from last year as GAME is now ranked number 141 on the list of the world’s best NGOs.

NGO Advisor makes up the list based on criteria such as innovation, sustainability and impact, and GAME is recognized to ensure progress in these fields.

Simon Prahm, CEO of GAME, is proud of the ranking on the NGO Advisor list:

– We spent a good part of last year on a participatory strategy process involving staff, volunteers, and board. This has provided us with valuable insights on how to achieve operational excellence alongside innovation as we continue to grow. Together with the dedicated hands and minds that make up GAME, this will enable us to scale the impact to five new countries in 2019, Simon Prahm says.

GAME is a non-profit street sports organization which since 2002 has worked to create lasting social change by establishing innovative facilities and educating youth to be leaders and role models within street sports and street culture.

A total of 500 organizations worldwide are ranked. Since 2015, GAME has climbed the ranking list from number 261 in 2015, to 195 in 2017, number 179 in 2018 and now number 141 NGO in the world in 2019.
